Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. Sign up, build your site and take real bookings free for 14 days. We only ask for a card when you choose a plan.
Which plan does the free trial give me?+
The Team plan's room: up to 5 bookable people with their own logins, so you can set everyone up before you decide. Your own domain starts once you are on a paid Team or Salon plan.
What counts as a team member?+
Someone clients can book with. A front desk login for a receptionist or manager does not count, and neither does someone you keep on the team page but mark as not bookable.
Do you charge per person?+
No. Most booking tools add a fee for every person you hire. Team is one flat $34 for up to 5 people, and Salon is one flat $69 however large you grow.
Do you take a commission, or charge my clients?+
Never. Your clients pay BookVAO nothing, and we take no cut of what you earn. The monthly price is the whole price.
Can I change plan or cancel?+
Any time, from Billing in your dashboard. Moving up or down is prorated automatically. If you cancel you keep the service until the end of the period you paid for, and everything you built is saved if you come back.
How does yearly billing work?+
Pay for ten months and get twelve. You can switch between monthly and yearly from Billing.
What happens when my trial ends and I have not chosen?+
Your site shows that online booking is paused. Nothing is deleted: your services, clients and bookings are all there the moment you subscribe.
